A beautifully skilled Hatha Yoga instructor and sound healing facilitator.
I personally go to her classes even though I have to drive the 40 minutes, because she holds the space so exquisitely , bringing in meditations, chanting and prayer.
Janet also holds drumming workshops and events often for all.
A huge passion of hers, are the amazing healing retreats she co facilitates with Alida.
And lets not forget travelling the world to exotic destinations every year!!
